The Department of Investigation of Crimes Committed in the Context of Armed Conflict of the Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kherson Region is asking the residents of the Kherson region to help identify Russian military personnel who held citizens in detention facility in Kherson.

“The police are collecting evidence of unlawful detention and confinement of citizens in basement chambers on the premises of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kherson region at the address: Kherson, Lyuteranska Street, 4”, – noted in the statement.
