In the Ministry of Economy, the time when money from Zelenskyy for "utilities" can be spent has been limited

The Head of State of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, announced the launch of a program under which every citizen of Ukraine will receive one thousand hryvnias. The money will be transferred to a virtual card.

This was announced by the First Deputy Minister of Economy, Oleksiy Sobolyev, during a telethon.

"It is one thousand hryvnias per person, regardless of age and social status. The funds can be used during December, January, and February. Payments will be transferred to the "National Cashback" card. This is a virtual card that can be obtained through "Diya,"" Sobolyev explained.

Zelenskyy also stated that he plans to provide additional support to Ukrainian small and medium-sized businesses.

"There are certain restrictions on these funds — there is a defined circle of spending opportunities. However, they can also be transferred to support the Armed Forces," noted the First Deputy Minister.

It is worth noting that Volodymyr Zelenskyy, when presenting the program, mentioned that the payments can also be arranged for children.
