The Cabinet of Ministers approved a new form of summonses in the "Oberih" registry

Thus, both summonses generated through the register (including printed ones) and those issued on a form have the same legal force.

The summons must include:

– the title of the position, first name, and last name, signature of the official who issued the summons, date of signing – for summonses issued on a form. Such summonses are sealed with an official stamp;

– the last name and first name of the head of the district (city) TRC or its department, date of qualified electronic signature affixation – for summonses generated using the "Oberih" register.
