In the network, complaints are being made about glitches in the Reserve+ app: people cannot extend the deferment
Conscripts are massively reporting problems with the Reserve+ app, which makes it impossible to timely extend the right to deferment from mobilization. Many conscripts’ rights to deferment already expired on November 9th. This means that if they do not receive new confirmation of this right, they may be mobilized.
Facebook users note that the functionality of the app, presented by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine for granting deferment to disabled individuals and students, is problematic, taking a long time to load information about the right to deferment. Moreover, the announced beta version for parents with many children does not function at all. On social networks, there are also complaints that information about disability status is loaded from the Pension Fund registry, whereas many disabled individuals obtained such status through the social service. Thus, they too may be mobilized, as the Reserve+ app does not confirm their right to deferment.
Furthermore, recently a deputy from Servant of the People, Oleksandr Fediyenko, reported that individuals entitled to deferment will need to confirm this status every time parliament extends martial law.
"The deferment needs to be confirmed every time the Verkhovna Rada votes to extend martial law. An application to extend the deferment should be submitted, and the grounds for its extension need to be confirmed," Fediyenko wrote.
