Crypto fraudster Orlovskyi receives money for courses through a network of individual entrepreneurs

The founder of the FFA (Financial Freedom Academy) community, Oleksandr Orlovskyi, does not have any registered legal entity in Ukraine that confirms he provides educational services. He provides services through a network of individual entrepreneurs.

This was discovered by the editorial team of 368.media through their own investigation and the court registry.

Orlovskyi’s "Academy" is advertised on all possible platforms in the media. However, no legal entity under the name Financial Freedom Academy can be found in any available registry, neither in Ukraine, Poland, nor Dubai, where Oleksandr Orlovskyi supposedly resides. The question is – who is selling the courses? A contract is made with everyone who agrees to buy a course, and an invoice is provided for payment. The recipient of these funds is the individual entrepreneur Orlovskyi Oleksandr Oleksandrovych.

The founder of the crypto-school FFA, Orlovskyi, has connections with Russians. This undermines Orlovskyi’s story about how he grew up in a small town, went to Poland when he was 16, where he lost his first hundred dollars in cryptocurrency, then stole jewelry from his mother and also invested in cryptocurrency, after which an unknown local "guru" helped him, and young Sasha got it all back. He started living in Warsaw and then moved (in other versions – moves) to Dubai. Although, Orlovskyi received his foreign passport much later.

The course seller is the individual entrepreneur Oleksandr Orlovskyi with TIN 3589610358, but the money is somehow received by another individual entrepreneur – Kateryna Olehivna Serhutina.

We found a lawsuit from one of the Ukrainians who was deceived by Orlovskyi. In Kyiv, a lawsuit was filed against him in the Pechersk court by Mykola Tereshchenko.

The lawsuit claims are based on the fact that on August 5, 2023, as a result of a telephone conversation between the plaintiff and the defendant, the terms of a contract for the sale of training on testing on the Internet were agreed upon, during which "paid game testing" (payment for FFA training) will be conducted. The defendant suggested transferring 3,750 hryvnias, which is the minimum amount for training, as these funds are needed during training for testing the deposit and withdrawal of funds, purchasing equipment used in the game, and returning funds for returned equipment.

On the same day, the plaintiff made the transfer. However, during communication with another person, whom the plaintiff explained was authorized by the defendant to provide the type of activity code, they reported its absence. The plaintiff stated that this did not comply with the contract terms and repeatedly requested a refund, which was denied.

The plaintiff stated in the lawsuit that during the training, game testing would be conducted on a paid basis, allowing them to earn approximately 500 dollars per month during the training, but Orlovskyi would deduct about 100 dollars per month from this. The defendant suggested transferring 3,750 hryvnias, which is the minimum amount for training, as these funds are needed during training for testing the deposit and withdrawal of funds, purchasing equipment used in the game, and returning funds for returned equipment.

However, the court ruled in favor of Orlovskyi, as the plaintiff entered into the contract and transferred the funds without inquiring about the circumstances of the deal. According to the attached printouts of electronic correspondence via the Viber messenger, there is no message where the plaintiff asks about such a code, and the communication immediately concerns a refund.
