Borrell: The European Union has delivered the promised one million shells to Ukraine

This was announced by the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell.

"We have just fulfilled our commitment to provide Ukraine with one million munitions, and by the end of winter, we will train another 75,000 Ukrainian soldiers," Borrell stated.

According to him, the European Union has so far delivered weapons worth 45 billion euros to Ukraine. However, in his opinion, the current level of aid remains insufficient to change the situation on the battlefield in Ukraine’s favor.

"We are giving Ukraine just enough to hold on, and sometimes even less, whereas Russia has turned its entire economy to a war footing and relies on unconditional support from North Korea and Iran," he emphasized.
