NABU has opened a case regarding the head of the Kharkiv Regional Council, Tetyana Yehorova-Lutsenko
NABU has launched an investigation in connection with the submission of false information in the declaration by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Council, Tetyana Yehorova-Lutsenko, specifically for not declaring real estate in Nice (France).
This was reported by the NAPC.
A year later, the agency identified signs of inaccurate data declaration amounting to over 3.4 million UAH in the declaration of the head of the Kharkiv Regional Council, submitted for the year 2022.
As a result of considering the substantiated conclusion of the NAPC, detectives initiated criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
During the inspection, it was established that the head of the Kharkiv Regional Council did not include in the declaration information about real estate in Nice (France), which may cost 88,000 euros (equivalent to over 2.7 million UAH), used (rented) by her husband.
Additionally, based on the analysis of confirmed income and expenses data of the official during 2022, signs of overstatement of the declared cash holdings by more than 680,000 UAH were identified.
Moreover, the NAPC questioned the fact of her husband receiving income from the sale of corporate rights of Le Folie’s (a restaurant business in France) in the amount of only 500 euros.
Yehorova-Lutsenko also did not include in the declaration information about her husband being the ultimate beneficial owner of a legal entity registered under the laws of France, SAS Midi au Soleil (a restaurant on the Cannes waterfront, France).
