Ministry of Defence has presented a plan for the digitalization of the Military Medical Commission (MMC)

An interdepartmental meeting was held at the Office of the President of Ukraine. The Ministry of Defence presented a plan for the digitalization of the Medical Military Commission (MMC).

This was reported with reference to a statement by the Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Iryna Vereshchuk.

According to Vereshchuk, the meeting had several main goals:

  • enhancing defense capability,
  • ensuring justice,
  • combating corruption.

"As agreed two weeks ago, the Ministry of Defence presented the MMC digitalization plan. The main goals are to eliminate unnecessary procedures, ensure transparency, and speed," said the deputy head.

She noted that during the meeting, it was decided that by the end of this week, the Ministry of Defence would submit the MMC digitalization plan for government approval.

"It was also agreed that by the end of the year, we will synchronize two important information systems of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Social Policy: the Electronic Health System and the Unified Information System of the Social Sphere," Vereshchuk emphasized.
