In the occupied Berdyansk, a loud explosion was heard: there was an impact

At night, there was an explosion in Berdyansk. According to preliminary data, a hit was recorded at the port.

This was reported by the Berdyansk City Military Administration, and on the Telegram channel of Mariupol Mayor’s advisor, Petro Andryushchenko.

"Loud in the port area," - says the city council’s message.

According to the City Military Administration, around 23:40 residents of Berdyansk heard a loud explosion.

"According to preliminary data, it hit the port," - noted the administration.

As Andryushchenko reported, at approximately 23:38 there was an explosion in the port area. After the explosion, a glow was visible and signs of a fire that lasted for up to half an hour. In the coastal areas of Berdyansk, a burning smell was noticeable.

"The occupiers did not comment on the explosion. The Russian Ministry of Defence reported that during the night they shot down one UAV over Crimea, where explosions were also heard. No information on an attack or downing of a UAV in the Berdyansk area has been provided," - stated the mayor’s advisor.
