In Toretsk, Russians killed and injured civilians

According to the investigation, on November 21, representatives of the aggressor country’s army once again grossly violated international humanitarian law.

Russian military forces entered one of the apartments in a residential area of Toretsk, where three civilians were present.

The occupiers deliberately opened fire on them with automatic weapons, resulting in the immediate death of two local women. The man who was nearby sustained injuries, fractures of the shoulder and collarbone.

"At the moment, the injured individual is receiving qualified medical assistance," the prosecutor’s office reported.
