This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office.
"Under the procedural guidance of the Pecherskyi District Prosecutor’s Office of Kyiv, two participants in the hotel fight in the capital’s Pecherskyi district have been notified of suspicions. A 29-year-old resident of Dnipro is suspected of hooliganism committed by a group of persons. According to the investigation, on November 23, at approximately 12:30 AM, a conflict arose between two groups of men on the first floor of the hotel, which escalated into a fight. Hotel security guards intervened, and in an attempt to calm the aggressive visitors, they used tear gas.
