The military of the Russian Federation on Monday, November 25, shelled the right-bank part of the Kherson district. As a result, a 51-year-old man was killed and an 86-year-old woman was injured.

Such information (as of 5:30 PM on Monday) was shared by the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine. The press service reported that the aggressor attacked "settlements in the Kherson region using artillery and drones." Which specific villages or towns were meant was not specified by the office.

It is known that there are damaged private and multi-apartment residential buildings, at least one civilian killed, and one injured person.

Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated in criminal proceedings for violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1, 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code).

"Prosecutors, together with other law enforcement agencies, are taking all possible measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation," assured representatives of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
