In the "DPR," local residents are promised to work in the mines in exchange for their consent
In the uncontrolled parts of Donetsk in Ukraine, there is a catastrophic shortage of labor, and the Russian occupiers are using various techniques to attract people to the "republic’s" mines.
As of today, the occupiers have decided to attract workers to the mines through so-called "signing bonuses," which are supposedly to be provided to those who get hired at coal enterprises.
This is reported by the Telegram channel "Volnodumets".
The public emphasized that the large occupying coal company "IMPEKS-DON," which unites four mines: named after Lutugin and "Progress" in Torez, "Zarya" — in occupied Snizhne, "Komsomolets Donbasu" — in occupied Kirovskyi, promised that "during hiring, operators of mining selection machines will receive 110,000 rubles; tunnelers and GROZ operators — 100,000 rubles; underground electric locomotive operators — 90,000 rubles; underground workers and workers at the enrichment plant — 50,000 rubles; and surface workers of the mines — 30,000 rubles."
At the same time, the resource expressed the opinion that "it is unlikely anyone will ’fall for’ these pennies compared to the 400-500,000 rubles that the Kremlin pays to those who sign contracts for the murder of Ukrainians, that is with the Russian Ministry of Defence. At the same time, they are also promised various benefits as participants in the special military operation. However, rarely does anyone among them survive to receive them!".
