CCD: Russia has the resource for mass rocket attacks until the end of winter

Due to shelling in some cities, emergency power outage schedules have been introduced.

The Russian army is carrying out a massive combined strike on Ukraine using drones and missiles on November 28. Energy infrastructure facilities have been targeted, resulting in explosions in several cities.

According to information from the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defence Council Andriy Kovalenko, the Russians have resources for such attacks until the end of winter. He noted that the occupiers have stockpiled missiles, so they do not plan to change their strike strategy.

At the same time, Kovalenko added that Ukraine "is also fighting, will continue to fight, and will defend itself."
