In Zlatopil, Kharkiv region, Russians hit twice with ballistic missiles, causing serious damage to civilian infrastructure.

This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synyehubov, on a TV broadcast, as reported by a Ukrinform correspondent.

"There were three strikes. It was done by ballistic missiles. The exact type of missiles is currently being determined by law enforcement and the military. Civilian infrastructure was seriously damaged. This is almost the center of the locality where banks, administrative buildings, and residential buildings are located. Ten people were injured. One woman is in serious condition, five were hospitalized in moderate condition, and two in light condition," said Synyehubov. Two more injured received assistance at the scene.

According to him, the Russians used a double-strike tactic.

"Initially, there was one strike, after which, when services already arrived to eliminate the consequences, there were two more missile strikes. The enemy is trying to inflict maximum damage on civilian services, units of the State Emergency Service, the National Police, and ambulance services. And strikes are being made on civilian objects," added the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
