Cabinet of Ministers missed the deadlines for drafting the law on demobilization

The Cabinet of Ministers missed the deadlines by which it was supposed to develop a bill on demobilization.

This was reported by MP Inna Sovsun.

According to her, on April 11, the Rada adopted a resolution instructing the development of a draft law on demobilization within eight months. This deadline passed last Wednesday.

Since then, the government has not presented any similar bill.

Let us recall that the demobilization provision was removed from the law passed in the spring on strengthening military recruitment (the initial version provided for demobilization after 3 years of service during wartime) - instead promising to develop a separate bill.
