The management of "Centrenergo" led by Harkavyi and Hota dismissed all department heads

The CEO of PJSC "Centrenergo," Yevheniy Harkavyi, who, together with the chairman of the supervisory board Andriy Hota, is effectively sabotaging the heating season in Ukraine and the construction of protection for power plants against enemy attacks, has dismissed the leading managers of all departments.

This happened on December 17, 2024, when nine top managers, department heads, and their deputies, as well as branch managers, were essentially dismissed because they were notified through HR on the day their contract ended, specifically after lunch, to familiarize themselves with the order of dismissal due to the contract expiration.

Harkavyi didn’t even gather the team, didn’t inform, and didn’t give people the opportunity to understand the reasons, nor did he allow them to prepare in any way, knowing about such intentions. Basically, Harkavyi lacks understanding! At the end of the year, during reports on state funds, on the verge of the expiration of most contracts for the supply of goods and services, including emergency recovery, he dismissed a whole line of specialists in all directions, including the head of the materials and technical support department and his deputy, the source reported.

According to him, this department was the only one that fully implemented the CMU resolution on fund allocation and used 99.9% of the state funds allocated for purchasing goods to restore the power plant after attacks.

By accumulating billions of hryvnias in banks through non-payment of contractual obligations, "Centrenergo" earns interest from bank account balances. This is the level of company management.
