Russian troops are actively recruiting civilians for contract service.

This was reported by the spokesperson of the operational-tactical group "Luhansk," Anastasiya Bobovnykova, during a televised marathon.

"The enemy is quickly replenishing losses and pulling up reserves. They are actively conducting a campaign to recruit civilians for contracts, and many agree to these conditions, despite numerous testimonies from prisoners of war about unpaid promised funds," she emphasized.

The spokesperson added that for many, this is a "bait," which is why they agree to go to Ukraine.
