The occupiers left the port workers in Berdyansk without salaries, - CNR
Workers of the Berdyansk port have been left without salaries. Russian occupiers have not paid them money for three months.
This is reported with reference to the Center of National Resistance (CNR).
The information resource noted that while Russian propaganda talks about "improvements" with the arrival of the invaders, the reality is somewhat different. In the temporarily occupied territory of the region, a humanitarian crisis continues, making residents increasingly dependent on Kremlin policies.
Thus, in the Russian-occupied Berdyansk, port workers are not receiving their salaries. Moreover, the Berdyansk port itself, like the neighboring one in Mariupol, is practically at a standstill.
"From time to time, the ports export looted grain, but the total cargo turnover amounts to hundreds of thousands of tons per year, which is a trifle compared to millions before 2022," the report says.
The CNR added that these figures speak to the true economic situation in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
