The court hearing in the Tyshchenko case: the MP did not arrive at the Dnipro district court
In the Babushkinskyi District Court of Dnipro, on December 23, the hearing in the case of MP Mykola Tyschenko and former special forces fighter of the "Kraken" unit Dmytro Mazokha was continued.
Tyschenko, as well as former police officer Bohdan Pysarenko, who, like the MP, is accused of unlawful deprivation of liberty of a person, were to be forcibly brought to the courtroom according to the ruling from the previous hearing. However, the MP did not appear, as reported by correspondents of Suspilne.
According to the prosecutor, Tyschenko himself promised to come, so no force was used against him.
Before the start of the court session, the victim Dmytro Mazokha stated that he was expecting justice.
"I expect that he (Tyschenko — ed.) will still answer for his actions. He discredited the military, saying that I am not a serviceman. Let him come and say this to the guys," said Dmytro.
