Situation at the front: since the beginning of the day, 114 combat clashes have already occurred

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.

It is noted that Ukrainian defenders are holding their positions and taking necessary measures to prevent a defensive breach.

Russian forces continue to shell the territory of Ukraine with artillery and aviation. Under enemy shelling were the areas of Oleksandrivka, Potapivka, Porozok, Fotovizh, Bachivsk, Yanivka, Vovkivka, Seredyna-Buda, Petrushivka, and Turya in Sumy region, Tymonovychi, Popivka, Hremyach, and Zarichchya in Chernihiv region, as well as Vidrodzhenivka in Kharkiv region.

The invaders launched unguided missile strikes on the areas of Oleksandrivka and Popivka in Sumy region, as well as Hranev in Kharkiv region.

In the Kharkiv direction, there have been two combat engagements since the beginning of the day in the areas of Vovchansk and Starytsia.

In the Kupyansk direction, the Defense Forces have repelled six assault actions by the Russian army near Zapadnoe, Lozova, and Krugliakivka, with two engagements still ongoing.

In the Lyman direction, Russian forces are attacking in the areas of Kopanok, Cherneshchyna, Novoserhiyivka, Platonivka, Zelenyi Hai, Druzhuliubivka, Makiivka, Terny, Zarichne, Torske, Serebryansky Forest, and Hryhorivka. 18 combat engagements have already been recorded in this section of the front today, four of which are continuing.

In the Siversk direction, the invaders have already attacked three times today in the area of Bilohorivka. The Defense Forces successfully repelled all attacks.

In the Toretsk direction, the Russian army attacked Ukrainian positions near Diliyivka and Toretsk eight times, with two engagements continuing.

In the Pokrovsk direction, fierce battles continue in the areas of Vozdvyzhenka, Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Zelenyi, Dachenko, Novy Trud, Pishchane, Pokrovske, Novooleksandrivka, Shevchenko, and Novotroitske. Russian forces made 26 attempts to push back the Defence Forces from their positions. Ukrainian defenders have already repelled 21 attacks.

In the Kurakhove direction, 17 combat engagements continue in the areas of Petropavlivka, Slovyanka, and Kurakhove. Ukrainian defenders have already repelled 11 enemy assaults.

In the Vremivka direction, the Defense Forces repelled 12 attacks by the Russian army in the areas of Yantarne, Vremivka, Konstyantynopol, Novyi Komar, and Konstyantynopilske, with six engagements still ongoing.

No active actions were conducted by the enemy today in the Huliaipole direction.

In the Orikhiv direction, in the area of Novoandriivka, the invaders made one futile attempt to push the Defense Forces from their positions.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled one enemy attack.

In the Kursk direction, ten combat engagements have already occurred today. Russian forces dropped nine guided aerial bombs in the areas of settlements and Ukrainian defenders’ positions, conducted 201 artillery shellings, including 13 from multiple rocket launchers.
