Magura V5 – is the world’s first unmanned sea drone, which successfully destroyed a military vessel. Created by Ukrainian engineers and the military, this strike drone has become an important element in the fight for security in the Black Sea.

The effective combination of modern technology and lethal power has already changed the situation in the region, becoming a symbol of Ukrainian naval superiority. Its effectiveness was presented at the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence.

"The Magura V5 strike sea drone is a refined technological creation of Ukrainian engineers and the military. A creation with a quarter-ton of explosives in an elegant body. A weapon that has helped change the situation in the Black Sea in favor of Ukraine – clearing the waters of the threat of the Russian fleet and ensuring free navigation. "Magura" is the world’s first unmanned drone that destroyed a military vessel," the statement said.

The Magura V5 drone contributed to clearing the Black Sea waters from the threat of the Russian fleet, ensuring the safety of navigation in this strategically important region. Flocks of maneuverable and fast "Maguras," under the guidance of the special unit of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine "Group13," successfully destroyed 15 vessels and ships of the Russian army, significantly changing the balance of power at sea.

According to the commander of the special unit of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine "Group13," responsible for the use of these drones, Magura V5 is not only capable of destroying enemy vessels but also effectively blocks the activities of the Russian fleet in the Black Sea.

"The primary task – has already been successfully completed: it is the full blockade of the Russian Black Sea Fleet. It is absolutely non-functional," emphasized Thirteenth, the commander of the special unit.

This drone has become an important part of Ukraine’s maritime strategy, forcing the Russian fleet to flee from temporarily occupied Crimea and hide the remains of vessels in distant ports. Magura V5 not only performs its primary task but is also constantly being improved to enhance efficiency and safety.

"This platform will be used as an anti-aircraft missile system, only on water. Step by step, we are taking control not only of the sea but also of the air," concluded Thirteenth.
