Oleksandr Kubrakov became an advisor to the Minister of Defence of Ukraine on a voluntary basis

This information was released with reference to the corresponding statement by the department.

"The appointment of Oleksandr Kubrakov will help improve several processes in the Armed Forces of Ukraine to ensure the proper functioning of the supply and logistics system. I am confident that his significant state and practical experience will contribute to strengthening the country’s defense capability," said the Minister of Defence of Ukraine, Rustem Umyerov.

It is worth noting that Oleksandr Kubrakov previously held the positions of Deputy Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine - Minister of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine, Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine, and head of "Ukravtodor".

In addition, he has many years of experience working in the public and private sectors.

Kubrakov announced on social media platform X that from today he is officially cooperating with the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine as a volunteer adviser to Defence Minister Rustem Umyerov.

"I will use the knowledge and practical experience gained over the past years to improve the logistics system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, contributing to strengthening peace in our country. Supporting the front and our military has always been my main priority, regardless of my role or current work," he wrote.
