The former head of the Kyiv metro, Brahinskyi, left Ukraine based on a falsified medical commission’s conclusion
Law enforcement officers are conducting searches on the former head of "Kyiv Metro" for falsifying the MMC conclusion for traveling abroad.
This was reported by the Kyiv police.
The man is suspected of forging a medical commission’s conclusion (MMC), based on which he was excluded from military registration due to a supposedly incurable disease, allowing him to leave Ukraine illegally.
As part of the investigation, Kyiv investigators are conducting searches in the company’s office premises.
"A criminal proceeding has been initiated on this fact," the statement reads.
Viktor Brahinskyi, the former head of the Kyiv Metro, was declared wanted. As of November 12, he was informed of suspicion of improper performance of official duties due to the flooding of the tunnel between "Lybidska" and "Demiivska" stations.
