Poroshenko’s son was fined for ignoring summons to the TRC

Poroshenko’s son Oleksiy is obliged to pay a fine for failing to appear upon a summons at the TRC. This information appeared in the offense decree.

Oleksiy Poroshenko was found guilty of not appearing upon a military summons. Now he has to pay a fine of 25,500 hryvnias. 

According to the document, he failed to appear without valid reasons at the Pechersk District Military Registration and Enlistment Office in Kyiv to receive a summons for data clarification. 

If Poroshenko’s son ignores the payment of the fine, the mentioned amount will be doubled.

"If the fine is not paid within 15 days from the moment this offense decree is handed over to the offender, the fine collection will be carried out forcibly in accordance with Article 308 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses in double the amount, which will be 51,000 UAH," the document states.
