Head of the eco-commission of the Kyiv City Council was spotted in the office of the developer of the Osokorky Ecopark
Kyiv City Council Deputy Denys Moskal found himself at the center of a scandal due to ties with a developer accused of destroying the Osokorky Ecopark.
Ukrainian veteran and activist Oleh Symoroz, prominent on social media, sharply criticized the actions of Denys Moskal, a Kyiv City Council member from the "Batkivshchyna" party. Symoroz directly accused the deputy of facilitating illegal constructions.
In a new post on the X network, Oleh Symoroz published a video showing Moskal visiting the office of the developer "Stolitsa group," owned by Vlada Molchanova.

According to Symoroz, Molchanova is known as the main sponsor of Kyiv’s "Batkivshchyna" organization and is involved in numerous illegal developments in the capital, including the controversial residential complex "H2O" on the lands of the Osokorky Ecopark. Oleh noted that Moskal’s visit to the developer’s office coincided with the start of apartment sales in this residential complex.

"The Kyiv City Council’s environmental commission, headed by Moskal, has never responded to the massive destruction of nature in the Osokorky Ecopark. This is a direct conflict of interest, as the commission head openly interacts with developers destroying the city’s ecosystem," Symoroz stated.

The activist urged the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) to investigate Moskal’s actions and seek his removal as the head of the environmental commission. He also appealed to Kyiv City State Administration head Timur Tkachenko to cancel the order for the construction of a road to the "H2O" residential complex, funded by the city budget.

Oleh Symoroz, together with the "Narodovladdia" association team, insists on halting the development of areas with ecological value and aligning them with Kyiv’s General Plan. They plan to file official complaints with relevant authorities to document instances of corrupt circular cover-ups in the city government.
The veteran called on Kyiv residents to participate in city protection initiatives and closely monitor the activities of deputies who are supposed to work in the public’s interest.
