In Odesa, a military commissariat employee was selling summonses for 1,000 dollars

An employee of the Territorial Recruitment Center was selling summonses in Odesa for 1,000 USD, — reports the police.

This summons was valid for 6 days. During this period, the conscript could «safely» move around the city. Moreover, a new summons was not issued.

When these 6 days ended – those interested paid again and renewed the summons.
