The fighter shared information about the latest Russian methods in the Lyman direction

Russian troops on the Lyman direction have changed their tactics. The enemy has not attempted an assault for two weeks, which has not been observed throughout 2024.

This was reported on the air of "Espreso" by senior lieutenant and spokesperson of the 63rd Mechanized Brigade, Rostyslav Yashchyshyn.

"They have nothing to gain. The enemy realized this after suffering heavy losses in personnel and equipment," emphasized the Ukrainian defender.

According to him, the occupiers have relocated and are trying to break through in the north of the Lyman direction. The officer mentioned that UAV operators of the 63rd Mechanized Brigade are helping other brigades repel attacks by the Russian army, using this situation.

Yashchyshyn noted an unusual difference in recent combat clashes on the Lyman direction. According to the soldier, the commanders of the occupiers now give orders to retreat in the case of unsuccessful attacks. Previously, they did not spare their units, focusing on "meat assaults." The senior lieutenant hypothesized that the actions of the occupiers’ commanders have changed due to a shortage of personnel and possible encirclement.
