DIU: In the occupied Berdyansk, the "deputy head of the administration" has been eliminated

This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate in Telegram.

According to intelligence, the Renault Duster car exploded at 06:05 near the 96th building on Eastern Avenue in temporarily occupied Berdyansk. The car burned down completely, and Russian services arrived at the scene.

"Inside the car was war criminal Yevhen Bohdanov, a citizen of the aggressor state Russia, who formally held the position of the so-called deputy head of the Berdyansk occupation administration," reads the DIU
report.

His duties included, among other things, overseeing finances in the occupation administration and organizing the construction of fortifications in the temporarily occupied areas of the Zaporizhzhya region.

DIU clarified that Bohdanov repeatedly committed war crimes against Ukrainian citizens.

He was born in 1970 in the city of Pikalyovo, Leningrad region. He arrived in Berdyansk immediately after it was occupied by the Russians in 2022.

Bohdanov was appointed to the occupation administration by order of the Russian special services.
