Shmyhal: The government will consider the text of the agreement with the United States today

Ukraine and the USA have effectively agreed on the final version of the agreement, - Shmyhal.

"As of today, this agreement is titled "Agreement on Establishing Rules and Conditions for the Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund." It is essentially a preliminary contract that provides for legal action. This is the future creation of an investment fund for the recovery of Ukraine, where Ukraine and the USA will equally manage and fund it," said the Prime Minister of Ukraine.

This agreement is directly linked to security guarantees. Neither the President of Ukraine nor the Government of Ukraine will consider this agreement and its signing separately from Ukraine’s security guarantees, - Shmyhal.
