Deputy Minister of Justice Inna Bohatykh was dismissed for collaborating with the Russian casino Pin-UP
A few days ago, journalist Yevhen Plynskyi reported that Deputy Minister of Justice Inna Bohatykh was dismissed.
“You may ask me, what does Zotko and Pin-UP have to do with it? It’s simple. The phone of the Pin-UP figurehead recorded that Bohatykh collaborated with Russians (Punin and Matyashov) and blocked the Ministry of Justice’s actions regarding sanctions against Pin-UP for their money. And you won’t believe how many more careers of officials will be buried by Zotko’s phone,” the journalist wrote on his Telegram channel.

In January 2025, law enforcement agencies detained Ihor Zotko, the nominal owner of the online casino Pin-Up, on suspicion of ties with the Russian Federation and aiding the aggressor.
The "nominal" Pin-UP Zotko bought media and government bodies for hundreds of thousands of dollars to promote Russian interests during the war and had access to NSDC meetings.
During the arrest, investigators seized his mobile phone, which revealed compromising information. In particular, data was found on financial transactions suggesting money laundering and financing of illegal activities. Contacts with Russian citizens involved in the gambling business and linked to Russian intelligence services were also found.
In early February, Plynskyi also reported that Russian Pin-UP ordered an attack on him.
“A new, incredibly interesting period begins in the life of the Russian criminal group Pin-UP.
As you know from the news, last week the Pechersk District Court considered extending the detention of Ihor Zotko, who is a beneficiary of Pin-UP in Ukraine.
So, the prosecutor in court read the messages from Zotko’s seized mobile phone.
In them, our ’hero’ and the Russians discuss such interesting things that your hair stands on end.
But we will talk about most of them in other publications.
Today I offer you one fragment - a correspondence between Ihor Zotko, Russian Dmitriy Punin, and his wife, CEO of Pin-UP Global, Marina Ilina.
In this conversation, Ilina sets a task: ’We need to organize the beating of Plynskyi.’
Zotko fully supports this idea and references an available ’resource,’ while Dmitriy Punin agrees to pay for it and suggests handing it over to the Odesa group.
This fragment of correspondence was presented by the prosecutor as one of the ’risks’ of releasing Zotko from pre-trial detention, which may mean that the ’order is in work.’
According to the CC of Ukraine, such actions are classified under part 4, art. 345-1:
“Threatening murder, violence, or destruction or damage of property against a journalist, their close relatives, or family members in connection with the journalist’s lawful professional activities, committed by an organized group.”
Punishable by imprisonment for a term of 7 to 14 years.
At this stage, together with my lawyers, I am developing a strategy for further legal action.
However, I think that European and Cypriot financial institutions will be very interested to learn that the powerful ’investor’ from Russia, Dmitriy Punin and his wife Marina Ilina, are ordering attacks on journalists.
This story will also ’appeal’ to Punin’s business partners.
That is why I ask you to spread this post and video.
We continue to process the correspondence between Zotko and the Russians discussed by the prosecutor. There is also talk of bribes to judges and Russian Pin-UP websites,” the journalist wrote.
