Kharkiv region was massively attacked by "Shaheds" from midnight: destruction in Balakliya was shown online

From midnight on March 9, the Russian army launched a massive attack on the Kharkiv region. The enemy launched many "Shaheds" across the region. Izyum and Chuhuiv districts, Balakliya, and the village of Kochetok came under attack. As a result of the drone attack, fires broke out, and significant destruction was recorded in Balakliya.

The consequences of the enemy attack on the Kharkiv region were reported by the State Emergency Service of the Kharkiv region in Telegram. In Balakliya, two drones struck an educational institution, damaging residential buildings, administrative buildings, a hospital, a café, and cars. A fire broke out over an area of 50 square meters.

In the village of Kochetok, a building of a children’s institution was damaged by a strike, and structural elements were burning. The fire was extinguished, with no casualties or injuries.

Significant destruction was recorded in Balakliya as a result of the drone attack. An educational institution was among the affected.
