In Kyiv, there was a fire at the "Osokorky Meadows"

Today, the Kyiv City State Administration reported the outbreak of a fire in the Darnytskyi district of the capital.

As it turned out, the fire broke out in the open space of the "Osokorky Meadows" landscape reserve. The flames enveloped separate areas of grass cover and reeds, causing significant smoke in the area.

Firefighters promptly arrived at the scene and began extinguishing the fire. They are currently working on eliminating the blaze to prevent its further spread.

Meanwhile, local residents report heavy smoke in the air, which is noticeable from different parts of Kyiv.
