In Ukraine, the number of lawsuits due to unpaid fines from TRC has sharply increased

The TRC has significantly increased the number of lawsuits against Ukrainians who have not paid fines for violating military registration rules.

This is confirmed by statistics published by "!Opendatabot".

Since the beginning of 2025, about 10,000 proceedings have already been initiated for non-payment of fines. Throughout 2024, there were 2.5 times more. And in 2023, the same amount.

However, Ukrainians are in no hurry to pay these fines. Last year, every second fine was paid, but in 2025 only every seventh (1,259 out of 9,658). Since 2023, 23% of proceedings are still not closed.
