TRC in the Ternopil region mistakenly sent a draft notice to the family of a fallen soldier

The Ternopil Regional TRC and SS mistakenly sent a summons to the family of Andriy Ivanyuk, who died 5 months ago.

The relatives of the deceased were shocked and demanded an apology.

In response, the TRC and SS published an apology on their page. According to the management, the mistake occurred due to a technical glitch in the automated system "Oberih," which did not account for the updated list of the deceased.

The Recruitment Center is initiating a review of all databases and is strengthening control over the formation and distribution of summonses to avoid similar incidents in the future.
