NABU and SAPO have submitted an indictment to the court regarding the former deputy head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, who demanded a bribe for allocating a forest plot to a private company for long-term use.

At the beginning of 2024, the private company appealed to the Regional State Administration with a request to lease a forest plot of 19 hectares for recreational activities. After several refusals, the deputy head of the Regional State Administration offered to assist in resolving the issue for 200,000 USD.
