The occupiers are isolating the city of Rubizhne in the Luhansk region from the outside world.

This was stated by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Artem Lysohor.

According to him, the Russians have recently restricted "outsiders" from entering the city.

"Those without property rights in Rubizhne need a personal permit from the occupational administration to enter. Without a Russian passport, you cannot enter the city at all. The next step was the cancellation of transportation links, including regular routes to Starobilsk and Varvarivka," the head of the LRMA said.
