Zelenskyy accused Russia of manipulations after the Kremlin published a statement following the talks.

In particular, by manipulations he means the condition named by Russia for the start of a ceasefire at sea - the lifting of sanctions on Russian agricultural exports.

"They are trying to distort agreements and essentially deceive both our intermediaries (the Americans - Ed.) and the entire world. There are absolutely clear statements published by the White House. Everyone can see what is said in them. And then there is what the Kremlin is lying about again. As if the ceasefire in the Black Sea depends on the lifting of sanctions, and the alleged date for the start of the ceasefire in the energy sector is March 18," Zelenskyy said.
