In the EU, it is advised to stock up on food and water in case of war
The European Union is developing a new civil defense strategy that includes preparing the population for possible crisis situations, including military conflicts.
According to Politico, the authorities of the EU member states recommend that citizens have a supply of food, water, and other necessary resources for at least 72 hours.
Preparation for a potential military conflict is part of a broader strategy to strengthen security and resilience in Europe. EU countries’ authorities must also check critical infrastructure, which includes energy facilities, transport networks, and communication systems.
