"Taking pills is advisable": In Kyiv, they commented on Putin’s statements about governance in Ukraine
Russian dictator Vladimir Putin stated who Moscow is ready to cooperate with to stop the Russian-Ukrainian war. Ukraine has already responded to his statement.
This has been reported with references to Russian Telegram channels and a post on social network X by Ukrainian presidential communications advisor Dmytro Lytvyn.
Specifically, Putin announced that Moscow is willing to work with Europe on the issue of Ukraine, but according to him, the EU acts inconsistently and constantly tries to "pull the wool over Russia’s eyes". The dictator also mentioned BRICS countries and North Korea as partners with whom Russia is prepared to cooperate in resolving the war.
Furthermore, the head of the Kremlin proposed the introduction of "temporary administration under the UN’s aegis" in Ukraine for conducting elections. He argues that the current government is allegedly illegal.
"Russia doesn’t understand with whom to make agreements in Ukraine, since other leaders may come tomorrow," the dictator explained.
Putin claims that with a new government, the issue of a peace agreement could be discussed.
"In general, of course, under the UN’s, the USA’s, with European countries’, as well as with our partners and friends’ aegis, we could discuss the possibility of introducing temporary administration in Ukraine. To conduct democratic elections to bring to power an effective government that has the people’s trust, and then start negotiating a peace agreement with them," stated the dictator.
Ukrainian response
In response to Putin’s statements, Dmytro Lytvyn wrote that the leader of the Kremlin should "take his medicine" to kick-start his brain activity.
"If Putin is once again trying to understand whom he needs to interact with to seriously move towards ending this war, perhaps he should simply take his medicine to kick-start his brain activity – if such medicine still has any effect on him," the publication reads.
