In Pechersk, illegal construction of a high-rise building has been stopped

In Kyiv, on Kateryna Bilokur Street, there was an attempt to illegally develop the area where a recycling collection point was located. Instead, it was planned to build a multi-story apartment building with shops.

The prosecution determined that the ownership documents were forged, and the land plot of 0.1479 hectares, which is part of the historical landscape of the Kyiv mountains, was being illegally leased for construction.

The Economic Court ruled in favor of the community, canceling the ownership of the building. This creates a precedent in the fight against illegal construction in the capital.
