The Armed Forces of Ukraine struck the launch site of "Shaheds" in the Bryansk region

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Telegram.

"On March 27, 2025, the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully struck the "Pohar" border checkpoint located in the Sluchovsk area (village - ed.) of the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation," the General Staff report states.

As a result of the Ukrainian attack, the military infrastructure of the checkpoint, along with communication and electronic warfare equipment, video surveillance system, and other technical means, was destroyed.

The General Staff clarified that, according to preliminary information, between 15 and 40 Russian occupiers were eliminated.

The military command emphasized that the strike was a response to Russia’s actions, which terrorizes the peaceful population and civilian infrastructure of Ukraine with its strike drones.

"Launches of Russian UAVs were repeatedly recorded from the "Pohar" location. The destruction of this checkpoint reduces the enemy’s potential to conduct combat operations against the Defence Forces of Ukraine in the Sumy region and in the Kursk direction," added the General Staff.
