According to reports, Oleksandr Kramar is seen on video treating his pet Jack Russell Terrier cruelly in an unnatural way, specifically by filming pornographic material with the animal.

In Ukraine, such a situation can be classified as animal cruelty and sexual violence, which is a criminal offense under Ukrainian law.

According to part 3 of Article 299 of the Criminal Code, sexual acts involving animals aimed at satisfying sexual desires are punishable by imprisonment for 5 to 8 years. Furthermore, distributing materials that contain scenes of animal cruelty is also a criminal offense.
