The court upheld the arrest warrant for the fugitive oligarch Boholyubov

The Kyiv Court of Appeals upheld the decision to arrest the oligarch Hennadiy Boholyubov, who is evading justice.

This decision was made on April 29 at the request of the Office of the Prosecutor General.

Oligarch Hennadiy Boholyubov, the former co-owner of the "Pryvat" group, left for Austria after learning about the potential threat of arrest. The reason for this was that the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine was preparing charges against him in the "PrivatBank" case.
