The Defence Forces of Ukraine shot down 77 "Shahed" drones, while the location of another 73 drones is lost

This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram.

Starting at 8:30 PM on Friday, May 2, the Russians launched an attack on Ukraine with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles from the Rostov region and temporarily occupied Crimea, as well as 183 strike UAVs and other types of dummy drones from the areas of Bryansk, Kursk, Orel, and Millerovo.

The aerial assault was countered by aviation, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare systems, and mobile firing groups of the Defence Forces of Ukraine.

As of 9:00 AM on Saturday, May 3, the destruction of 77 Shahed-type strike UAVs (and other types of drones) has been confirmed in the east, north, south, and center of the country.

Locationally, 73 enemy dummy drones were lost (without negative consequences).

The consequences of the attack have been recorded in the Kharkiv, Sumy, Donetsk, and Mykolaiv regions.
