The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue to advance in the area of the Pokrovsk-Kostyantynivka highway

According to the Ukrainian military "Muchnyi," the Russian army continues to advance in the area of the Pokrovsk-Kostyantynivka highway and has already entered Nova Poltavka on the opposite side of the road.

Military observer Bohdan Miroshnykov reports that the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the highway is "crumbling" due to poor interaction between units and concentration of forces in the Pokrovsk area.

In his opinion, problems exist both in the direction of Kostyantynivka in the north and in the direction of Myrnohrad in the west, where the defense was previously held for months without Russian advances.

"But due to insufficient interaction between those responsible for these two directions, the enemy is achieving success. And how long this will last and when coordination will finally be established is now unknown," writes Miroshnykov.

Another reason he cites is the concentration of forces and resources on the other flank of Pokrovsk, although the buildup of Russian troops "was obvious, just no management decisions were made in time."
