The AMCU imposed a fine on the French chain of home goods hypermarkets

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine imposed a fine of 1 million UAH on the company "Leroy Merlin Ukraine" (a French chain of hypermarkets for home improvement and renovation products).

This was reported by the AMCU press service.

The fine was imposed for two violations (500,000 UAH each) of the legislation on the protection of economic competition.

The statement notes that in 2024, "Leroy Merlin Ukraine" twice failed to provide the requested information as required by the state commissioner.
