U.S. President Donald Trump stated that he might personally attend the upcoming meeting between representatives of Ukraine and Russia in Istanbul, scheduled for Thursday.

«I am considering flying to the meeting in Istanbul on Thursday», — he stated.

Previously, he repeatedly called for the prompt initiation of negotiations between Kyiv and Moscow and emphasized the importance of a peaceful resolution.
