A source in the Turkish Foreign Ministry reported that at this moment no meeting between Russia and Ukraine is planned, despite Russia’s statements that negotiations were scheduled for this morning and then postponed to the afternoon.

This information was obtained by the television channel CNN from a source in the Turkish Foreign Ministry.

The source provided information about which international representatives and where they are located in Turkey on Thursday:

– the "technical" Russian delegation is in Istanbul;

– some American officials are present in Istanbul;

– President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy is in Ankara and will meet soon with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan;

– a meeting of NATO foreign ministers is taking place in Antalya.
