The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) did not annul the suspicion against the former deputy head of "Kyivblahoustrii," Mushta, in the Komarnytskyi case

The High Anti-Corruption Court did not annul the notice of suspicion which was handed to the former deputy director of the municipal enterprise "Kyivblahoustrii" Oleksiy Mushta. NABU and SAPO suspect him in the case of businessman Denys Komarnytskyi.

This decision was made by the HACC on May 13.

As noted, HACC investigative judge Volodymyr Voronko found no grounds to annul the suspicion against Mushta. His defense attorney filed an appeal against this decision.

"The hearing of the appeal by the suspect’s defence (Mushta – ed.) against the decision of the investigative judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court dated 05/13/2025 is scheduled for 8:30 AM on May 16, 2025, in the premises of the Appeal Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court," the decision reads.

The next session is scheduled for 2:00 PM on May 27.
